Cancellation Policy

Please be advised that our cancellation policy requires a minimum of 24 hours' notice for any changes to scheduled appointments. Failure to provide notice within this timeframe, including missed appointments, cancellations, or rescheduling, will result in the full session fee being charged. Similarly, arriving late to a session or leaving early will incur the full session fee as well.
